Our Team

Margie Johnston


Ms. Johnston founded RevenueResources with 20 years of sales leadership experience and one clear idea: that a nimble consulting firm with solid sales and marketing expertise could help clients take advantage of opportunities in the rapidly changing hospitality industry. Drawing on her years with Hilton, Hyatt and Wyndham hotels, boutique properties, special event planning firms, meeting planning companies and the Long Beach Convention and Visitors Bureau, she brings a wealth of knowledge in the areas of generating sales, P&L administration, forecasting, budgeting and managing large teams and complex sales projects. Her past experience includes leading and motivating sales and catering teams as well as directing global sales staffs selling multiple properties. With previous experience as both a planner and supplier, Ms. Johnston brings a unique perspective to the clients she serves.


David Volosky


Mr. Volosky brings more than 20 years of experience in the Hospitality Industry; including an extensive background in Accounting and Finance in addition to positions in operations and administration with the Hyatt, Marriott and Vista International brands. Prior to joining RevenueResources Management his most recent experience was in the area of regulatory compliance for international non-profit Non-Governmental Organizations.


Sharon Fontana


A hospitality industry renaissance woman, Ms. Fontana has managed sales and catering teams, worked as a regional director of sales and marketing, held responsibilities over 17 hotels at once, acted as general manager for task force operations, and placed candidates for executive management positions. She specializes in hotel acquisition due diligence, market analyses, comp set comparisons, and buyer recommendations. She has worked for a number of hotelĀ 
management firms managing their assets for a variety of hotel brands, including Hilton, Marriott and Inter-Continental hotels.
